2027 Concession & Commercial Vendor Information
The West Virginia Interstate Fair & Exposition welcomes food truck operators, trailer concessions, local artisans, commercial businesses, and civic organizations to set up at the fairgrounds in Mineral Wells, WV, June 16–19, 2027.
Food Concessions
High-foot-traffic concession row with electrical and water hookups for food trailers, food trucks, and specialty fair food vendors.
Commercial Exhibits
Indoor and outdoor commercial booth spaces to display products, connect with local customers, and promote your business.
Crafts & Flea Market
Artisans, craft makers, and specialty vendors are invited to showcase handmade goods, apparel, and country crafts.
Food concession, indoor exhibit, outdoor mid-way, camping, and non-profit pricing are all on the form. Mail the completed form with a copy of your liability insurance policy to the Fair Office.
