Dear Crafter,
Thank you for your interest in the craft house at the WV Interstate Fair & Expo in 2011. Enclosed is a contract for your use if you wish to participate in the arts & crafts at the fair in 2011. All the arts & crafts in the craft house or outdoor craft spaces must either be for sale, or a sample that you are taking orders for.
We request that you demonstrate from time to time on how to do some one part or stage of your craft.
There will be advertising letting the fair attendees know that we are on the grounds with crafts for sale and where we are. In the last three years our attendance has been 35,000 to 50,000 for the five day fair. We are located three miles from interstate 77 at Mineral Wells just south of Parkersburg, WV. The craft house is the second building inside the main gate on your left at the fair.

We are asking that you please have your signed contract with payment back to us before May 30, 2011. We will let out spaces to artist and crafters on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any pictures good for advertising and or a short biographical sketch about you and your crafts, we would appreciate them.
